This site used to be called Stuff About Photography. Now it’s called Crunchy Places.

I changed the name because Stuff About Photography is a bit long winded and also probably doesn’t really describe what I do. This isn’t a website about photography, so much as a site about what I do creatively – which currently happens to have an emphasis on photographic expression.

Why Crunchy Places? Crunchy is a lovely term for what I tend to photograph – urban and industrial scenery. But perhaps also how I use photographic images – I often tend to post-process images quite harshly – crunchily (if that’s even a word).

So, for now, this is crunchy places. Enjoy.
