The published version of the ongoing Instant Reflections project. The photographs in the book were created with instant film using a Polaroid Land Camera and peel apart film. Secondly, participants held the instant photograph of themselves for a second photograph, this time digital.

The book contains 24 instant images and 47 full colour digitally created photographs. It is digitally printed, in limited edition, with a laminate cover.
